The products of our work are the reports given to the client at the end of an assignment such as a piece of market research. Other reports such as the reports on changes in property prices are for publication. All reports are grouped into four categories and can be accessed and downloaded. The reports under General, Housing and Commercial Property research are originals; the reports under ‘Market Research’ are templates as the originals belong to the clients.

Thorough market research is in two stages. Firstly we undertake a market assessment based on published statistics such as the population Censuses, employment, earnings etc. to get a general idea of the economic potential of the area. Secondly a more accurate assessment is achieved by a customer satisfaction survey. This will enable us to achieve a more precise assessment of the customers and delineate the catchment area. |
