Trends in the advertised price of commercial property have been monitored in a database of over 8,000 properties that covers Stoke-on-Trent, North Staffordshire and Cheshire East. It enables us to do detailed analyses of the commercial property market not available elsewhere. Details can include current advertised prices in different areas as well as for different types of use and size of property; analysis of past and future trends can be provided.
Details of the commercial property markets are supplemented with tracking of the FTSE 100 index and exchange rates of the pound sterling (£) against the US dollar ($) and the euro (€).
