Trends in the advertised price of commercial property have been monitored in a database that covers stoke-on-Trent, North Staffordshire and Cheshire East. It enables us to do detailed analyses of the commercial property market not available elsewhere. Details can include prices in different areas and prices for different types and size of property.
Database Purchase
KVM Research is making the database available to interested clients at the click of the 'buy now' button below and the transfer of £25 to PayPal.
The database includes commercial properties advertised for sale or to rent since June 2008. It now includes over 1,300 entries and each month a further 40-50 entries are added that include properties for industry, offices, retail and warehousing as well as land for development.
The database is held in Microsoft Access, but can be copied into Excel or Word. It is available either electronically or it can be copied onto a disc.
