Housing Research
A massive database covering Stoke-on-Trent, North Staffordshire and Cheshire East enables us to analyse advertised house prices in different areas at a detailed level and detailed analyses for different types and sizes of houses. An assessment of demand for certain types of housing by certain groups of people can also be done.
Database Purchase
KVM Research is making the database available to interested clients at the click of the 'buy now' button below and the transfer of £25 to PayPal.
The database of residential properties advertised for sale since January 2008. The database now includes over 16,000 entries and each month a further 4-500 entries are added that include houses, flats and bungalows as well as land for development.
The database is held in Microsoft Access, but can be copied into Excel or Word. It is available either electronically or it can be copied onto a disc.
